Mango and orange star in this flavorful take on the Caribbean mojo. We’re cooking chicken thighs in citrus, cumin and coriander for a tropical flavor that had the test kitchen asking for seconds. Served with bell peppers, rice and beans, it’s a family favorite dinner.
We add cotija cheese to our rice and beans to add an extra layer of flavor.
Toasted Gnocchi with Mint-Basil Pesto


There's something magical about gnocchi when it's toasted. It gets crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and totally delicious. We're tossing it with kale and a mint-basil pesto, then topping it with almonds and cranberries. It is an unexpected flavor combination you will just love.

We toast our gnocchi in the oven so it gets crispy on the outside and tender on the inside but if you prefer the gnocchi softer, you can boil it like you would pasta.
Creamy Shrimp Bisque

Our spin on a lobster bisque. We cook ours with orzo and jasmine rice for added texture and serve topped with a ratatouille of French vegetables. With grilled French bread on the side, it’s upscale comfort food that we love.

We’re using orzo and jasmine rice together because they create texture variety that pairs perfectly with the creamy bisque.
Moo Shu Tacos with Chicken and Shrimp


One of China’s most beloved recipes served up Meez style. We’re cooking chicken and shrimp in sweet, flavorful hoisin sauce, then tossing them with stir-fried Brussels, cabbage, carrots, kale and mushrooms. We’re putting it all inside a flour tortilla for a filling dinner that’s out of this world.

Watching your carbs? This dinner would be just as delicious without the tortilla.
Indian Grain Bowl with Mango Chili Sauce


There’s nothing traditional about this test-kitchen favorite. We’re using a mango-chili sauce to give an Indian flair to this hearty seared halloumi and grain bowl. Finished with a fresh cucumber salsa, the result is a speedy dinner that’s totally unique.

Farmers Market Fritters

Fritters are one of those cozy treats that make a regular dinner feel special. We’re making them this week with zucchini, brussels and bell peppers and serving them with an herb crema that’s flat out delicious.

Don’t be scared off by the word fritter. We’re cooking them in a pan rather than deep-frying, so they are a snap to make.
Steak Bi Bim Bap


Fresh from your own kitchen, Bee Bim Bop, which means “mix-mix rice” is a classic Korean dish of rice topped with meat and vegetables. With spinach, mushrooms, cabbage and carrots, it’s a recipe where having all the ingredients prepped and ready to go is truly magic. Get ready for some fun!

Breaded Salmon Sandwich
