Tasty Entrees
Fresh, Fast & DeliciousCitrus Chicken Salad with Cranberry Goat Cheese

Our mango and lime vinaigrette transforms the humble chicken salad into something really special. With fresh squash noodles, spinach, arugula and cranberry-pecan goat cheese, this dinner tastes like high-end dining but is on your table in just 15 minutes.

We’re using squash noodles for a low-carb recipe that’s easy and filling
Salmon with Lemon & Asparagus

Lemon brings out the best in salmon. Particularly when it's part of a white wine and caper sauce. Together, they add a brightness and sophistication that can't be beat. Add fresh asparagus, and you have a recipe the family will love.

We love this as a one-skillet recipe, but you can use 2 skillets and have it on the table in just 15 minutes.
Udon Noodles with Spicy Green Beans

We're mixing up a sweet and spicy Asian sauce this week with almonds, chili peppers, agave and tamari. The flavors are addictive, and perfect with green beans, organic tofu and udon noodles. The result is a sophisticated dinner that's on the table in 20 minutes. That's our type of meal!

Eating with someone who doesn't love green beans? Serve their portion with broccoli or carrots, instead.
Tex-Mex Gnocchi Bake

Yep, you read the name right. We’re putting two flavors together in one crazy cross-cultural gem that’s sure to please everyone in your family. Toasted gnocchi is a perfect partner for black beans, sweet corn and poblano peppers. Topped with Chihuahua and Monterey Jack cheese and cooked until melty and delicious. Heaven.

This recipe is flavorful but not spicy. If you want an extra kick, add some chili sauce.
Chicken Bahn Mi

Are you hooked on Bahn Mi yet? These Vietnamese sandwiches are the perfect marriage of French and Vietnamese flavors. With tender chicken breast, pickled vegetables and a sweet Sriracha aioli served sandwich style, it’s comfort food with a twist. We’re serving ours with a Vietnamese Broccoli Slaw that had the test kitchen asking for seconds.

The Bahn Mi sandwich has its origins in French colonization of Indochina in the second half of the 19th Century.
Shrimp De Jonghe

Shrimp De Jonghe is a Chicago classic — tender shrimp, buttery bread crumbs and plenty of garlic. We’re putting a healthy spin on our version by adding fresh cauliflower and serving seared asparagus on the side, making it just right for the 21st Century.

Make this a restaurant-style dinner by cooking in single-serving ramekins rather than a family-style loaf pan.
Korean Beef Bulgogi

Super fresh, super fast, super delicious. This dinner has it all. Grilled steak served up on fresh lettuce rolls with rice, stir fried carrots and cabbage is delicious on it own. But when topped with peanuts, basil, green onions and our delicious Bulgogi sauce, it’s Meez magic.

As an alternative to lettuce wraps, you can combine the ingredients in a bowl for a delicious stir-fry.
Arugula and Cherry Tomato Pizza

Sophisticated comfort food, cooked up in your own kitchen. With a ricotta and pecorino cream sauce, roasted fennel and leeks, cherry tomatoes, fresh arugula, and a pomegranate glaze, it’s heaven on a plate.

The Ricotta and Pecorino Cream sauce is a family favorite. If you’re cooking with a picky eaty, make single-serve pizzas and let everyone add the veggies and greens to their own tastes.
Red Pepper Unda with Balsamic Cream

Haven't heard of an Unda? It's part omelet, part taco and our new favorite way to fill a tortilla. It starts with an egg that gets cooked onto a corn tortilla. We stuff it with broccoli and peppers, and finish with balsamic cream. Intrigued? It's a dinner you don't want to miss.

Cooking with a picky eater? The cheese and egg unda is delicious on its own and is packed with protein.
Barbacoa Beef Tamale Pie

All the flavors of a homemade tamale with perfectly seasoned barbacoa beef, cooked up practically hands-free in your own kitchen. With masa, cubanelle peppers, beans, and pickled red onions, it’s a dinner the whole family will love.

This recipe is a great make-ahead dinner. Cook the peppers in advance, assemble the casserole, then bake when the time is right for you for a truly hands-free dinner.
Vegetarian Cobb Salad

You asked for it! We’ve created a vegetarian Cobb Salad that is flat out delicious. We've created a “bacon” crumble with cauliflower bits and an adobo, maple blend that’s even better than the real thing. It is tossed with romaine, spinach, hardboiled egg, blue cheese and our signature lemon chive dressing.

Perfect as a side to share in addition to being a filling meal. (Dress up your office lunch, perhaps?)
