Tasty Entrees
Fresh, Fast & DeliciousQuesadilla Burger

Just as delicious as you’d expect. We’re serving an Angus beef burger quesadilla style, with flour tortillas smothered in melted cheese, Mexican-spiced peppers, bacon, and a chili-lime salad on the side. It’s a Tex-Mex twist your whole family will love.

This dinner comes together in a flash.
Chicken Scallopini with Hazelnut Whipped Butter

Arguably one of our favorite Italian recipes. With thin chicken breast coated with a hazelnut and breadcrumb crust, egg noodles, sauteed spinach, crispy capers and hazelnut whipped butter, it’s comfort food taken up a notch.

If you’re cooking the carb conscious version, we’re sending you yellow squash instead of egg noodles, reducing the carbs per serving in half.
Knife & Fork Grilled Cheese

Imagine your favorite grilled cheese on steroids. We’re starting with a gouda and provolone grilled cheese made with tender challah bread. But it’s the fried egg, roasted beets, butternut squash, kale and honey aioli that make it really special. It’s messy, satisfying and over-the-moon delicious.

If you’d like to speed up dinner, roast the beets and squash ahead of time. Dinner will be on the table in 15 minutes.
Shrimp Tostadas

Get ready for some fun. We’re making crispy, crunchy tostadas this week with seasoned black beans, sautéed shrimp, salsa fresco and a delicious lime crema. It’s a taste of Mexico right in your own kitchen.

Tostadas are fun to eat and messy to boot. We think that’s part of the fun, but if you’d like a simpler option, serve this dish as delicious tacos, instead.
Huli Huli Chicken

Classic tangy Hawaiian sauce over all-natural chicken breast with roasted pineapples & craveable pickled cucumber salad.

The original huli chicken was grilled on a makeshift spit. We’re simplifying the preparation cooking it stove top.
Nut-Crusted Salmon with Roasted Zucchini

You won’t believe how easy this sophisticated dinner is to prepare. We’re putting a carb-conscious spin on baked salmon by topping it with a delicious nut and cauliflower crust and just the right amount of pecorino. Served on top of roasted zucchini and finished with lemon chive dressing. It’s simple, sophisticated and naturally low in calories.

We’re using tiny cauliflower bites instead of the traditional breadcrumb. It gives a delicious crunch and keeps the carbs down in this gem.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts Tacos with Sriracha Aioli

We discovered the magical pairing of Brussels sprouts and sriracha aioli on a food-mission and put our spin on it for Meez. The creamy, spicy sauce is a wonderful counterpoint to shredded Brussels sprouts. Add in some baked tofu and feta, and it’s a deliciously crazy cross-cultural taco dinner.

Our tofu comes from Phoenix Bean Company around the corner in Andersonville. They prepare it in small batches using organic, GMO-free soybeans, and it's the best tofu we've ever tasted.
Beef Stroganoff with Fresh Spinach

Comfort food with a lower-carb twist. We’re making classic beef stroganoff with plenty of sautéed mushrooms and a rich cream sauce, but we’re serving it with spinach in place of the traditional carb-heavy noodles. Yum!

This is a lower-carb version of the classic. If you love egg noodles, they’d be a great addition at home.
Aztec Salad with Creamy Chipotle Dressing

A ridiculously tasty spinach salad with our signature chipotle buttermilk dressing. With plenty of black beans, corn and tortilla chips, it's the perfect toss & serve lunch or light dinner.

Perfect at home or as a fresh bring-to-work meal.
Vegetable Korma

This is one of our favorite Indian curries. Creamy and mildly spiced, it’s healthy comfort food. We’re cooking ours with broccoli, red peppers and carrots in a creamy coconut curry. Delicious and ready in only 20 minutes!

Korma has passed Tika Masala as the UK’s most popular curry.
Tuscan Cabbage and Kale Soup

Cold weather calls for soup, and this Italian classic is one of our favorites. With white beans, fresh kale and cabbage cooked up in a rich tomato broth. Served up with a sprinkling of Pecorino Romano, it’s cooked from scratch in less than thirty minutes.

Make ahead tip – this dinner is ready in flash, but if you want to eat even faster, cook the soup in advance, just wait to add the cabbage and kale until you’re ready for dinner.
