Fresh, Fast & DeliciousPasta Caprese with Balsamic-Glazed Tofu

Everyone loves caprese pasta. With fresh mozzarella, basil and fresh tomatoes, it’s an Italian classic for good reason. We took it up a notch by adding tofu seared in a balsamic-glazed because we couldn’t leave well enough alone.

This dish will satisfy vegetarians and carnivores alike.
Chicken Francese


Great cooks know that it only takes a few ingredients to create something magical, and this recipe is proof positive. Fluffy breaded chicken sautéed in a rich butter and wine sauce is pure magic over roasted carrots.

A combination of parmesan, butter, wine and lemon packs this sauce with flavor.
Shrimp Pad Thai


We love Pad Thai, but we’re often left wondering where all the vegetables are. Enter the Meez test kitchen. This dish has veggies galore plus the classic flavors of a traditional Pad Thai. Sautéed shrimp and crushed peanuts are the perfect finish.

Tamarind is an important part of our Pad Thai recipe. It has sweet and sour citrus flavor that can’t be replicated.
Bistro Steak with Pesto Penne


An Italian classic. We're tossing sirloin steak with a creamy basil pesto. With sauteed spinach, mushrooms and penne pasta, it's a meal we can't stop eating.

Cooking with a picky eater? The mushrooms are packaged separately, so you can serve them just to the diners who love them.
Chicken Shawarma


A Middle Eastern favorite cooked up in a heartbeat. A quick sear and just the right spices turns shredded chicken into this delicious sandwich. We’re serving it up with a fresh tzatziki sauce, peppers and cucumbers in a warm pita. Dinner’s never been so easy.

Also works as Chicken Shawarma Salad. Put cooked chicken, peppers and cucumbers over lettuce and top with tzatziki sauce and toasted pita.
Salmon Cakes with Dill Crema

Get ready for fine dining at home. We’re mixing up tender salmon with mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies for a sophisticated cake worthy of your favorite white-tablecloth restaurant. Served over fresh greens with a rich Dill Crema sauce, it’s an elegant dinner we can’t get enough of.

You can get a jump on dinner by mixing the salmon cakes the day before. Dinner will be on the table in just five minutes on the night you’re ready to eat.
Sausage Cuban Sandwich


The Meez spin on a classic Cuban sandwich. We make ours with smoky sausage, pickled zucchini & summer squash and our own Dijon and mayonnaise spread. Served with cheesy smashed potatoes, it’s comfort food at its best.

New to smashed potatoes? Think potato skins but more fun.
Farro With Sautéed Asparagus & Roasted Pear

Mention pears as part of a meal, and we get pretty excited. Pair them with farro, asparagus, kale and mixed greens and we're in heaven. Then top it with strawberry vinaigrette, fontina and pecans and it was a dinner we couldn't wait to dig into. The result? Even better than it sounds.

We love farro for its roasted, nutty flavor and vitamin and fiber-packed nutritional profile.
Veggie Pakoras with Mango Drizzle


We love pakoras, those Indian vegetable fritters that star in so many of our favorite restaurant meals. This week we’re elevating them with the addition of kale tossed in a yogurt raita and a delicious mango drizzle.

We’re using corn, peas and green onions in our fritters this week.
Carne Asada Tacos


Carne asada is all about the marinade, and ours is downright delicious if we do say so ourselves. With just the right blend of lime juice and adobo, it makes these steak tacos sing. Served up with seared peppers, onions, cilantro and plenty of queso fresco.

Carna asada literally translates to “grilled steak.” It’s the marinade that gives it its characteristic flavor, and ours is truly wonderful.
Asiago Confetti Salad

Our most colorful salad yet. Fresh green kale, red bell peppers and purple cauliflower bites are delicious when tossed with our Asiago vinaigrette.

Serve this salad topped with grilled chicken for added protein.
