Tasty Entrees
Fresh, Fast & DeliciousHoney-Soy Shrimp & Brussels with Fried Rice

We adore the sweet and salty flavors of Chinese cooking, and we’re pairing them this week in a honey and soy glaze that’s perfect with sautéed shrimp and seared Brussels. Paired with an easy vegetable fried rice, it’ll be a new family favorite.

Orange juice, ginger and sesame give our honey and tamari glaze a deep flavor that we love.
Lemon Chicken Milanese

You know that crispy breadcrumb coating that makes chicken so delicious? We’re cooking it up at home this week and serving it over rotini. With capers, lemon and pecorino romano, it’s classic Italian at its best. Served with a simple Arcadian Lettuce salad. Heaven.

Pounded, breaded chicken is a classic recipe in Milan. Super easy to make and packed with flavor.
Steak with Jalapeno-Lime-Butter and Cornbread

This dinner pairs tender, juicy steak with toasted cornbread and seared peppers, onions and tomatoes but the true magic comes from our jalapeno-lime butter, which adds a savory zing we just love.

We love the way the spicy jalapeño and sweet cornbread flavors go together.
Barbequed Sweet Potato Couscous Gratin

We're turning the whole idea of an au gratin on its head this week. Forget the heavy, cream-based staples of classic French cooking. Instead, we're layering pearl couscous and broiled sweet potatoes with a smoky sweet barbeque sauce and mozzarella. Then, we top it off with crispy kale for a vitamin-packed twist.

Eating with someone who doesn't love kale? You can serve it on the side.
Crisp Salmon with Olive Tapenade

We're topping pan-fried salmon with our favorite tapenade. It has kalamata olives, plus a not-so-secret ingredient: sweet cherries. Sound strange? Cherries balance the olives, making a combo that's perfect over crispy salmon. Served over Dijon brussels sprouts and fingerling potatoes, it's a gourmet taste in just 20 minutes.

Cooking with someone who doesn't love brussels sprouts? Cook the brussels and potatoes separately and keep their sprouts for yourself!
Vietnamese Pulled Pork Bao Buns

Super simple, super delicious. We’re filling warm bao buns with Vietnamese-seasoned pulled pork. Topped with pickled veggies, it’s a fresh, flavorful dinner that’s on the table in less than fifteen minutes.

Our bao buns are already steamed and ready to be warmed to tender perfection.
Cheesy Tomatillo Casserole

Simply said, this Mexican casserole is a cheesy bit of heaven. We're toasting up tortillas to form a crunchy base, then topping them with poblanos, beans, pepper jack cheese and a fresh tomatillo salsa. Easy and delicious - that's our kind of dinner!

This recipe is amazingly light, despite its rich, cheesy flavor.
Couscous Chicken

We took our inspiration this week from North Africa. Our recipe starts with a lemony parsley sauce that turns couscous, chicken, spinach, artichokes and peppers into something really light and special.

Couscous looks like a grain, but it’s North African pasta made from semolina flour. It cooks up in a flash.
Mongolian Beef

A Chinese favorite, even tastier cooked up at home. With seared steak, green onions, mushrooms and bok choy, it’s a dream stir-fry dinner that’s on the table in a heartbeat.

We've added a few new items to the classic like mushrooms and bok choy, but it still retains that classic Mongolian Beef flavor.
Toasted Gnocchi with Mint-Basil Pesto

There's something magical about gnocchi when it's toasted. It gets crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and totally delicious. We're tossing it with kale and a mint-basil pesto, then topping it with almonds and cranberries. It is an unexpected flavor combination you will just love.

We toast our gnocchi in the oven so it gets crispy on the outside and tender on the inside but if you prefer the gnocchi softer, you can boil it like you would pasta.
French Onion Soup

Not your mother’s French Onion Soup. Sure, it has the same rich flavor that comes from slow-cooked onions. And it has the same indulgent topping of melted cheese. But in place of the traditional bread, we’re cooking this up with a carb-conscious roasted cauliflower "crouton" and topping it with roasted leeks. It’s a sophisticated dinner that’s low in calories and high on flavor.

If you have parchment paper it helps with clean-up of items cooked on a baking sheet.
