Fresh, Fast & DeliciousNashville Hot Tofu Sliders

Nashville hot chicken is everywhere, so we created a vegetarian-friendly version. With extra-firm tofu in place of chicken and our own mix of spices, we came up with a taste that we love even more than the original. We’re making sliders with chive aioli, a soft, tender bun and roasted fingerling potato fries. Even non-vegetarians will love this dish!

Nashville spiciness can vary all over the board. Ours is medium spicy.
Bacon & Smoked Gouda Chicken


We took our inspiration from the cozy cafes of the Netherlands, where Gouda is king and chicken is a favorite. We’re pairing smoked Gouda with savory bacon on top of juicy chicken breast. Served up over sautéed cabbage and leeks with a honey-mustard BBQ sauce that had us coming back for seconds.

You can shave 10 minutes off this recipe if you use two pots and cook the chicken while the veggies are cooking.
Blackened Baja Salmon & Avocado Tacos


Omega-3 rich salmon is coated with our Baja seasoning and then paired with creamy avocado and tangy pineapple. Fast, fantastic and full of flavor, don’t forget the lemonade and cerveza to complete the meal.

Eating with someone who doesn’t love spice? Serve their fish without the Cajun seasoning.
Espresso-Rubbed Steak with Au Gratin Sweet Potatoes

This week we’re mixing up something really special with a chili and espresso rub that give the steak a zip that we fell in love with. The star, though, are our au gratin sweet potatoes, made with three cheeses and a breadcrumb crunch. Served with sautéed green beans, it’s a restaurant worthy recipe on the table in less than 30 minutes.

Kung Pao Edamame with Udon Noodles


We're hooked on Kung Pao sauces. The spicy sweet flavor just makes stir-fries come to life. We're cooking our version with edamame, carrots and red peppers, then serving it over udon noodles with some peanuts to finish it all off. It's a speedy meal perfect any night of the week.

On the table in just 15 minutes, this dinner is faster, tastier and a whole lot healthier than take out.
Classic Shawarma


Possibly our fastest Meez Meal yet. One pot, ten minutes to the table, low in calories and high in flavor, this dinner is a crowd pleaser. Our special simmer sauce gives the gyros style sliced beef and lamb shawarma an authentic flavor. Served in a warm pita with a zesty Mediterranean dressing and fresh veggies.

Fans of our Chicken Shawarma will absolutely love this traditional beef & lamb version.
Mexican Chicken Rice Bowl

Cilantro Lime Crema marinated chicken over white rice (or try the carb conscious version over cauliflower "rice") with red salsa and plenty of poblano peppers, corn, beans and Monterey Jack. It’s a delicious new take on the Mexican rice bowl.

For the carb conscious version we love using cauliflower in place of rice. It’s low-carb, high in fiber and totally delicious.
Italian Toasted Gnocchi


There's something magical about gnocchi when it's toasted. It gets crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and totally delicious. We're tossing it with a rich tomato and herb sauce, sauteed spinach and shaved parmesan.

It makes a perfect meal for one or pasta side to share.
Mushroom and Root Vegetable Pot Pie


Mushrooms give pot pies a depth of flavor that we adore. We’re cooking them up this week with hearty root vegetables and baking under a flaky pie crust. Served with a truffle chive crema, it’s over-the-top good.

This is a great make-ahead dinner. Cook the filling up the day before, then bake when you’re ready to eat.
Basil Shrimp with Baked Spaghetti

Al dente spaghetti, a fresh tomato sauce and shrimp sautéed in a lemon garlic basil oil and baked with plenty of mozzarella and Parmesan. It’s comfort food taken up a notch.

We love this dish as a baked pasta, but if you’re in a hurry, skip the baking and have it on the table in just 20 minutes.
Potato Leek Soup with Toasted Chive Butter Ciabatta

A test-kitchen favorite. Our classic potato leek soup is rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of creamy indulgence and mellow leek flavor. Paired with our toasted chive-butter ciabatta, it’s an elegant dinner just right for a cold night.

We make our version slightly chunky. If you prefer a silky-smooth soup, puree it before serving.
