New to causas? Think mashed potatoes with a South American flair. We’re making ours with Ancho Chili shrimp and citrus-marinated vegetables for a flavor-packed dinner that’s easy enough for any night of the week.

Causas are often made using a serving ring to shape the potatoes. We’re keeping it simple and skipping that step but it will taste just as delicious.
Carolina Pulled Pork & Cornbread


Carolina BBQ is an American classic. We’re cooking up our version this week with pulled pork, seared green beans and toasted cornbread. With a drizzle of buttermilk ranch, it’s a speedy dinner that’s packed with flavor.

Carolina BBQ sauce is not spicy, if you want to add a kick, try a couple shakes of your favorite hot sauce.
Spicy Szechuan Green Beans and Tofu


A super fresh, super delicious stir fry that’s on the table in just fifteen minutes. With seared tofu, charred green beans, zucchini, cabbage and mushrooms tossed in our Szechuan sauce, it’s a magical dinner we just can’t get enough of.

Our tofu comes from Phoenix tofu, an artisanal tofu company based right here on the north side of Chicago. It’s the best tofu we’ve tasted, and members tell us they love it as much as we do.
Buffalo Chicken Pita


A Meez spin on Buffalo Wings. We’re serving buffalo chicken strips on a toasted Swiss cheese pita topped with a buttermilk ranch salad and plenty of blue cheese crumbles. It’s a fork-and-knife dinner that’s guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser.

Not a blue cheese fan? This dish tastes great with or without the blue cheese crumbles.
Steak Vesuvio

Vesuvio is a Chicago classic. We’re serving it up with a Meez twist using steak smothered in lemon-butter sauce with Italian spices, roasted carrots and cheesy smashed potatoes. It’s a restaurant-worthy dinner that’s on your table in a flash.

Vesuvio is well known in Chicago and includes savory herbs like oregano, chives, garlic, and black pepper.
Salmon with Dill Butter & Crispy Leeks


This is one of those great dishes that tastes fancy but is super simple to make. With roasted red potatoes, fresh kale, crispy leeks and dill butter, this is the salmon dinner you’ve been craving.

Dill and salmon are a classic combination. The herb is a member of the parsley family and tastes like a mellow marriage of fennel, anise and celery,
Tequila-Lime Chicken Fajitas


Seared peppers, grilled onions and tender strips of chicken coated in a delicious Tequila-Lime Sauce. This is a Mexican dinner the whole family will love that’s on the table in under 30 minutes.

Don’t worry if you’re cooking with the kids. The alcohol from the tequila cooks off, leaving behind a brightness that’s not at all boozy.
Loaded Mozzarella & Balsamic-Glazed Tomato Quesadilla

This Caprese-inspired quesadilla layers basil pesto, spinach, balsamic glazed tomatoes and lots of mozzarella in a warm tortilla. it's a dinner you don't want to miss.

Want to eat even faster? Use two pans and cook up the tomatoes and spinach at the same time. Dinner will be on the table in about 15 minutes.
Parmesan Lemon-Chai Rigatoni with Broccoli


Need a little sunshine in your day? This dinner has you covered. Sautéed broccoli and rigatoni get a Mediterranean treatment thanks to a member-favorite lemon-chai vinaigrette and plenty of Parmesan cheese. It's a speedy meal everyone will love.

Huli Huli Chicken


Classic tangy Hawaiian sauce over all-natural chicken breast with roasted pineapples & craveable pickled cucumber salad.

The original huli chicken was grilled on a makeshift spit. We’re simplifying the preparation cooking it stove top.
Cream of Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Croutons


We're turning classic grilled cheese and tomato soup upside down by serving toasted gruyere croutons right in the creamy soup. The combination can't be beat.

This is a great meal to make ahead. Just keep the soup and croutons separate, then warm the croutons in the toaster oven before serving.
