Tasty Entrees
Fresh, Fast & DeliciousSpanakopita

We love spanakopita, but the traditional spinach and filo pie is a lot of work. We challenged the test kitchen to streamline the cooking of this Greek classic, and they hit it out of the park. The secret is cooking the filo layers and filling separately, then layering it all together and topping with a delicious olive, mild pepperoncini, cucumber, and Greek yogurt salsa.

The magic of our Greek "salsa" is the mild pepperoncini flavor addition to the olives and cucumbers.
Espresso-Rubbed Steak with Au Gratin Sweet Potatoes

This week we’re mixing up something really special with a chili and espresso rub that give the steak a zip that we fell in love with. The star, though, are our au gratin sweet potatoes, made with three cheeses and a breadcrumb crunch. Served with roasted Brussles sprouts, it’s a restaurant worthy recipe on the table in less than 30 minutes.

Sweet potatoes add a depth of flavor to au gratins that we just love.
Wasabi Salmon

With crispy, panko-crusted salmon, a Japanese-style wasabi cream that’s packed with flavor and sautéed green beans, this recipe has it all. Best yet, dinner is on the table in less than half an hour.

This dish is flavorful but not overly spicy. Even if you don’t normally eat wasabi, you might be pleasantly surprised by how mild ours is.
Brazilian Farro with Roasted Pineapple

Inspired by our favorite South American flavors. We're tossing farro with a delicious cilantro vinaigrette, then mixing in roasted pineapple, sweet potatoes and seasoned sunflower seeds. It's a bowl of deliciousness that will get you planning a trip to Rio.

Members say it best: "Farro was great!" "Please share the recipe." "Can't wait until it's back on the menu."
Country Chicken & Biscuits

Southern chicken & biscuits cooked up Meez style. We’re smothering our special recipe, buttery biscuits in a mushroom and chicken gravy and serving it over roasted kale. It is a down-home meal the whole family will love.

Don't want the mushrooms? Just set your food preferences to "no mushrooms" and we will leave them out.
Italian Wedding Soup

For the un-initiated, Italian wedding soup is named for the “marriage” of flavorful chicken broth, tender carrots, fresh spinach, al dente pasta and, most important, delectable meatballs. Best of all, this gem is on the table in just 30 minutes and perfect for a chilly winter night.

We're sending the meatballs pre-shaped for a fuss-free dinner.
Shrimp Pasta with Lobster Bisque Sauce

As elegant and delicious as it sounds. With sauteed shrimp, egg noodles and a rich lobster cream sauce, topped with fresh butternut squash. It’s a restaurant-worthy dinner that’s on the table in thirty minutes.

We make the lobster bisque sauce with lobster, onion, celery, carrots, tomato and a splash of cream.
Tahitian Chicken Paella

Tropical flavors give the classic Spanish paella a twist we just love. With caramelized pineapple, sweet bell peppers, cage free chicken breast and a coconut soy ginger sauce, this rice casserole is bursting with flavor.

The oven does most of the work in this easy meal.
Butternut Squash Tacos with Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri sauce is pure magic. It's a spicy Argentinean parsley sauce that makes everything zippy and exotic. We're serving it up this week with butternut squash and black beans, which come together in delicious tacos. Yum!

Members say it best: "The tacos were unbelievable!" "We LOVED the Butternut Squash Tacos" "The squash tacos were AWESOME”.
Ginger-Soy Aioli Rice Bowl

We're hooked on Chef Max's ginger-soy aioli. He first wowed us with it in a bento burrito, and it was so tasty we asked him to bring it back in a rice bowl. The result was this gem. We're cooking up edamame, carrots and snow peas, and then tossing them with Himalayan red rice and the famous aioli. It's a Japanese-style rice bowl your family will love.

Himalayan Red Rice has more fiber and a whopping 10 times the anti-oxidants of brown rice -- not to mention a delicious nutty flavor.
Cream of Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Croutons

We're turning classic grilled cheese and tomato soup upside down by serving toasted gruyere croutons right in the creamy soup. The combination can't be beat.

This is a great meal to make ahead. Just keep the soup and croutons separate, then warm the croutons in the toaster oven before serving.
