Tasty Entrees
Fresh, Fast & DeliciousSweet & Sour Tofu Over Sesame Noodles

Sweet and Sour sauce might be the world’s favorite stir fry sauce. Soy, brown sugar, pineapple and spices come together to transform dinner. This week we’re cooking it up with seared peppers and onions, tofu and somen noodles, then serving it topped with caramelized pineapple. It’s a delicious dinner we can’t get enough of.

We like somen noodles because of their great taste and that they are low in fat.
Buttermilk Salad with Nut-Crusted Chicken

How to make a delicious salad into a hearty dinner? Toss together a buttermilk broccoli salad and serve it topped with nut crusted chicken breast. With walnuts, almonds, pecorino and panko, this crunchy coating makes for a meal that's extra special.

Intimidated by crusting the chicken? Don't be. It's easier than you'd think and the dinner hotline is standing by to help.
Shrimp & Gruyere Mac-n-Cheese

Definitely not your mother’s Mac & Cheese. We’ve cooked up a recipe that’s healthier and more delicious than the American classic. It all starts with a creamy gruyere and white cheddar cheese sauce that’s a perfect compliment to sautéed shrimp, kale and tri-colored rotini. Topped with crunchy breadcrumbs, it’s a speedy dinner that tastes out of this world.

Mac-n-cheese sounds indulgent, but our recipe is healthier than you’d imagine thanks to plenty of kale and heart-healthy shrimp. You can make it even lighter by using just two-thirds of the cheese. It’s just as delicious.
Mediterranean Lemon Chai Salmon with Pearl Couscous

Back by popular demand, Meez’s signature lemon-chai dressing brings a sunny flavor to seared salmon. Served up with grape tomatoes, broccoli, feta crumbles and pearl couscous, it's an easy dinner the whole family will love.

Our salmon is responsibly fished, so it’s free from dyes, antibiotics and any industrial grain-based diets.
Roasted Red Pepper Gnocchi with Smoky Sausage

We go wild for roasted red pepper sauce. It has a mellow, creamy flavor that has us coming back for seconds. We’re serving it up this week over toasted gnocchi and sautéed smoky sausage. Finished with fresh basil pesto cream, it’s a sophisticated dinner that’s on the table in just thirty minutes.

We toast our gnocchi in the oven so it gets crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Chile Relleno Burrito

This is our quick-to-table take on classic Mexican chiles rellenos. Roasted mild poblano peppers are enveloped with two different cheeses and protein-rich black beans, and then topped with spicy salsa before being wrapped up in a warm tortilla. (Fair warning for the spice adverse: this dinner has a little kick.)

Skip the tortilla for a low-carb version.
Pasta with Spinach Pesto

Haven't had spinach pesto before? Neither had we, but once we tried it we were hooked. It gives a layer of flavor to the classic basil pesto that we love, to say nothing of the extra vitamin boost. We're making our version with plenty of lemon to keep things bright and mixing it up with roasted cauliflower bits, toasted pecans and whole wheat pasta. Yum!

This dinner is a crowd pleaser, but if you're cooking with someone who doesn't love cauliflower, sneak their veggie in by pureeing it first.
Steak Bi Bim Bap

Fresh from your own kitchen, Bee Bim Bop, which means “mix-mix rice” is a classic Korean dish of rice topped with meat and vegetables. With spinach, mushrooms, cabbage and carrots, it’s a recipe where having all the ingredients prepped and ready to go is truly magic. Get ready for some fun!

Bee Bim Bop is the original dinner in a bowl. Everyone adds their own veggies and mixes it to taste. Dinner doesn’t get better than that!
Mexican Chicken and Veggie "Rice" Bowl

Cilantro Lime Crema marinated chicken over cauliflower & broccoli “rice” with red salsa and plenty of poblano peppers, corn, beans and Monterey Jack. It’s a carb-conscious and delicious new take on the Mexican rice bowl.

We love using cauliflower and broccoli in place of rice. It’s low-carb, high in fiber and totally delicious.
Greek Briam

Greek cuisine has a knack for taking the simplest ingredients and transforming them into something magical. This recipe combines roasted broccoli, cauliflower and brussels sprouts in a feta-and-spices-tomato-sauce that’s out of this world.

Serve any leftovers over couscous for a delicious cold salad.
Loaded Baked Sweet Potato Soup

With vitamin-rich sweet potatoes, sweet-tart sun-dried tomatoes, lots of smoked gouda, and French roll cheese bread on the side, this soup is like your favorite loaded baked potato, only more delicious.

A great make ahead meal. Just hold out 1/3 of the Sour Cream & Cheese for the final step.
