This dinner pairs tender, juicy steak with toasted cornbread and seared peppers, onions and tomatoes but the true magic comes from our jalapeno-lime butter, which adds a savory zing we just love.

Our cornbread is from the famous Bennisons Bakery just around the corner from us.
Chicken Satay Noodle Bowl


We’re hooked on Thai Chicken Satay, with its tender chicken and crazy-delicious peanut sauce. So we turned that classic Thai appetizer into a complete meal by cooking cage-free chicken with plenty of Asian veggies and rice noodles. Mixed up with that delectable Satay sauce, it’s the test kitchen’s new favorite. Best of all, it’s on the table in less than 30 minutes.

This recipe is packed with veggies and naturally low in calories.
Grilled Halloumi Gyros

Our spin on Greek street food. It all starts with grilled halloumi, the classic Greek cheese that gets charred and crispy and flat our delicious when it’s cooked. We’re pairing it with an eggplant tapenade and fresh slaw, then wrapping everything up in warm naan. It might not be traditional, but it’s so delicious it should be.

Salsa Fresca Fish Tacos


The Meez version of classic fish tacos is as delicious as you think. Lightly breaded, crispy tilapia. Cabbage and jicama slaw. Fresh pico de gallo salsa. Tasty pineapple crema. On the table in less than thirty minutes. That’s the magic of Meez.

A small amount of pineapple adds a sweet citrus note to our crema that we adore.
Chicken Tikka Masala Flatbread


Classic Indian flavors served up on a flatbread. We’re cooking it up with a flavorful Tikka Masala sauce, melty cheese, sautéed chicken breast, spinach and arugula , then topping it all off with a cooling mango raita. It’s fun and flavorful and totally delicious.

Traditional raita is a mix of finely chopped cucumber, peppers, and mint in yogurt. We’re adding mango to ours to give it a fruity kick that’s perfect with this pizza.
Vegetarian Bi Bim Bop


Fresh from your own kitchen, “Bee-Bim-Bop." Literally “mix-mix rice,” we're cooking up a vegetarian version of this classic Korean dish with tofu, spinach, mushrooms, beets, and parsnips, all mixed up with jasmine rice. Get ready for some fun!

Bee Bim Bop is the original dinner in a bowl. Everyone adds their own veggies and mixes it to taste. Dinner doesn’t get better than that!
Nut-Crusted Salmon with Roasted Zucchini


You won’t believe how easy this sophisticated dinner is to prepare. We’re putting a carb-conscious spin on baked salmon by topping it with a delicious nut and cauliflower crust and just the right amount of pecorino. Served on top of roasted zucchini and finished with lemon chive dressing. It’s simple, sophisticated and naturally low in calories.

We’re using tiny cauliflower bites instead of the traditional breadcrumb. It gives a delicious crunch and keeps the carbs down in this gem.
Ginger-Miso Shrimp Ramen

One of our fastest and most delicious recipes yet. We’re bringing miso and ginger together to make a Japanese-inspired sauce that’s perfect with shrimp, pea pods, cabbage, and noodles.

This recipe is saucy but not a soup. It’s easier to eat and packed with flavor.
Brussels Sprout Unda with Cranberry Aioli


Haven't heard of Unda? It's part omelet, part taco and one of our favorite ways to fill a tortilla. It starts with an egg that gets cooked right onto a corn tortilla. Then we're stuffing it with roasted Brussels sprouts, sautéed apples and finishing it with a cranberry aioli. It's offbeat and crazy good.

Unda-style is a favorite of Indian street food, and refers to cooking a tortilla or paratha on top of a thin layer of egg (unda). It's magical and delicious.
Rotini with Basil Oil & Pecorino

So simple, so delicious. We're sautéing broccoli and cauliflower together with fresh cherry tomatoes, then tossing it together with fresh basil oil and pecorino cheese. Topped with marinated butter beans, it's an Italian classic the whole family will love.

Need dinner in a flash? Cook this one in advance and serve as a cold pasta salad instead.
Meat Lovers Chili

The Meez spin on a classic, hearty chili. Andouille sausage, brisket and meatballs are simmered with two types of beans and just the right blend of spices for a speedy dinner the family will love. We’re serving it topped with gouda and mozzarella cheese.

If you want to make the meal go even farther, try serving it over pasta.
